The OverSeer can stop a large number of enemies with its existence alone. Its incredible I See You stuns every enemy next to it, making it invulnerable to most melee range enemies. The Godlike OverSeer possesses Shadow Star which will deal good damage to the stunned enemies, though the OverSeer will require an attack buff to do much damage.
